George H.W. Bush also did previous skydive jumps for his 75th and 80th birthdays. In addition, he plans to jump on his 90th birthday. George H.W. Bush said the reasons he performs the jump is that it feels good and exhilarating and also that it sends a message around the globe that, "Just because you are an old guy you don't have to sit around drooling in the corner. Get out and do something. Get out and enjoy life (Source)."
