Pol Light Moment #42 is when George W. Bush's dog Barney starred in his final Christmas video on December 15, 2008. George W. Bush was the 43rd President of the United States, serving from 2001-2009. Barney who is a Scottish Terrier was the "First Dog" for 8 years. Barney died on February 1, 2013 from Lymphoma (Wikipedia: Barney (dog)).
